As we celebrate Native American Heritage Month, the Advising Success Network acknowledges the vibrant Indigenous communities throughout the country. Indigenous students are one of our priority populations and we look forward to continuing to amplify the scholarship and wisdom cultivated at Tribal Colleges and Universities and for Indigenous students at all other types of institutions.

We also had a great time connecting and talking with advisors at the NACADA annual conference in October. Taya Britten, ASN Program Manager, wrote about her reflections in this blog we hope you'll enjoy.

Mission

Our mission is to help institutions build a culture of student success, with a focus on Black, Latinx/a/o, Indigenous, Asian, and Pacific Islander students, and poverty-affected students, by identifying, building, and scaling equitable and holistic advising solutions that support all facets of the student experience.

Vision

Our vision is a higher education landscape that has eliminated race and income as predictors of student success through a reformed approach to advising, in which all students are supported through a seamless, personalized postsecondary experience that creates better personal, academic, and professional outcomes.
