There's already so much in store for 2024. Free online courses and content will launch early in the year; we'll announce and begin working with the 2024-2025 Cohort institutions; we'll be on the road and coming to a conference near you (we hope!); and we will continue to uplift students' voices and advocate for an equitable educational experience.
Thank you for all you do! We are optimistic about all that can be accomplished with and for students through the passion and collaboration colleagues like you bring to the community. We look forward to connecting with you again soon.

Mission
Our mission is to help institutions build a culture of student success, with a focus on Black, Latinx/a/o, Indigenous, Asian, and Pacific Islander students, and poverty-affected students, by identifying, building, and scaling equitable and holistic advising solutions that support all facets of the student experience.
Vision
Our vision is a higher education landscape that has eliminated race and income as predictors of student success through a reformed approach to advising, in which all students are supported through a seamless, personalized postsecondary experience that creates better personal, academic, and professional outcomes.
