Volunteering provides a unique opportunity to connect with others and add a behind-the-scenes perspective to your experience—Sign up for one of these or other approachable and fun roles:

Pre-Conference Workshop Ticketer – Be the friendly face that gets attendees where they need to be by checking tickets and helping kick off their pre-conference experience hassle-free!

Directional Assistance at the Opening Reception and Keynote Sessions – Help attendees find their way, grab the best seats, and get any extra support they need all while keeping the energy high and the confusion low!

Tuesday Night Event Support – Help bring the energy to unforgettable events by assisting with roles ranging from greeting guests to collecting tips—because the best nights run on great vibes and outstanding volunteers!

First Time Attendees

Joining us for the first time in New Orleans? Welcome! We are so glad you're here.

There will also be a First-Time Attendee Orientation Session on-site at the conference on Sunday, March 16th at 2:30 PM and a Make-Up Orientation on Monday, March 17th at 7:15 AM. These sessions will go over need-to-know information including how to utilize the conference app, session type descriptions, schedule highlights, tips and tricks, and other pieces of wisdom from those who have been there before!
